Key Activities: Manage and develop Quality assurance staff to ensure they are proactive and effective in their role, and to ensure that process and finished product controls via HACCP, are effective in ensuring the safety of food manufactured and satisfy the companies due diligence requirements (auditing). Ensure that all aspects of site hygiene and GMP are effective via auditing systems and corrective action. Maintain a high functional presence on the factory floor, guiding and developing the quality system. Ensure that all technical aspects of the NPD and Process development process are adhered to in a proactive manner. Manage the generation of daily quality reports. Education / Qualifications: - Food Science, Technology or Microbiology qualification (HND or higher). - Knowledge and Skills/ Training/Experience: Minimum 3 years food manufacture experience preferably at QA Supervisor level in a chilled food fast moving environment. Man Management experience. Ability to think out of the box and problem solve. Good standard of written and oral communication. Self starter, highly motivated with good time management skills.	£11 per hour	40hrs, shift structure to cover 18:00 to 06:00 (typically 18:00 to 02:30 or 21:30 to 06:00).

You will be working in a fast pace environment, working on a wide variety of cars. You will be working between 8am - 5:30pm.
